This Seller Agreement applies to sellers using Missy Gaming’s listing and middleman service. Listing fees are paid upfront and are strictly non-refundable once work has started. For buyer-side terms, please see the Resale / Consignment Buyer Terms.
Important: This agreement applies to sellers listing either Missy Gaming Resale Listing Accounts or Third-Party Consignment Accounts through Missy Gaming.

1. Introduction

This Missy Gaming Resale / Consignment Seller Agreement (“Seller Agreement”) applies to sellers who wish to list, resell, or consign a game account through Missy Gaming.

By submitting an account for listing, paying for listing services, or proceeding with any resale or consignment arrangement through Missy Gaming, the seller confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Seller Agreement.

This Seller Agreement is separate from Missy Gaming’s Main Terms & Conditions for direct account purchases and separate from the Missy Gaming Resale / Consignment Buyer Terms.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to approve, reject, pause, remove, or cancel any listing at our discretion.

2. Service Types

a. Missy Gaming Resale Listing

This applies to accounts that were originally purchased from Missy Gaming and are now being resold by the current account owner.

Accounts listed through this service may be labelled as:

#RSxxx — Missy Gaming Resale Listing Account

This label helps buyers understand that the account was originally sourced through Missy Gaming, but is now being resold by the current owner and is not treated as a direct Missy Gaming store-owned account.

b. Third-Party Consignment Account

This applies to accounts that were not originally purchased from Missy Gaming.

Accounts listed through this service may be labelled as:

#CSxxx — Third-Party Consignment Account

This label helps buyers understand that the account was not originally sold by Missy Gaming and is being listed through Missy Gaming as a third-party consignment account.

Third-party consignment accounts are accepted strictly on a case-by-case basis and are subject to stricter verification.

3. Service Overview

Missy Gaming may assist sellers with:

  • Preparing a proper account listing.
  • Formatting account information.
  • Creating listing pictures.
  • Posting the account on Missy Gaming’s available sales channels.
  • Handling buyer enquiries where applicable.
  • Assisting with payment collection.
  • Assisting with account transfer.
  • Releasing payment to the seller after buyer confirmation.

Missy Gaming acts only as a listing and middleman service provider.

Listing an account through Missy Gaming does not guarantee that the account will be sold.

4. Available Sales Channels

Missy Gaming’s available sales channels may include:

  • Missy Gaming Telegram Channel.
  • Missy Gaming Website.
  • Carousell Listing, if selected as an optional add-on.

Telegram and website listing may be included in the Basic Listing Package.

Carousell listing is not automatically included and may be charged separately as an optional add-on.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to decide which channels are suitable for each listing based on account value, account condition, market demand, risk level, and listing quality.

5. Listing Fees and Service Charges

Basic Listing Package — SGD 20

Includes Telegram channel listing, Missy Gaming website listing, basic account information formatting, listing picture/design preparation, and basic verification before posting.

Carousell Listing Add-On — SGD 10

This allows the account to be listed on Carousell for additional exposure. Carousell listing is optional and is not included in the Basic Listing Package.

Repost / Refresh Fee — SGD 5 Per Repost

If the account remains unsold, the seller may request a repost or refresh for renewed attention.

Success Fee

If the account is successfully sold through Missy Gaming, a success fee of SGD 15 or 5% of the final selling price, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the final selling amount before payout is released to the seller.

6. Upfront Listing Fees

All listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and any required additional verification fees must be paid upfront before Missy Gaming begins any verification, listing preparation, design work, posting, reposting, or advertising.

These fees are service fees for work carried out by Missy Gaming. They are not deposits.

All listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and verification fees are strictly:

  • Non-refundable.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Not offsetable from the success fee.
  • Not offsetable from the final selling amount.

This applies regardless of whether the account is sold, remains unsold, the seller changes their mind, sells privately, withdraws the account, stops responding, or the listing is removed due to account issues or false information.

Once payment is made and listing or verification work has started, the fee is considered earned.

7. Eligibility

Missy Gaming Resale Listing

Missy Gaming Resale Listing is only available for accounts that were originally purchased from Missy Gaming.

The seller may be required to provide proof of purchase, transaction details, or any other information needed for Missy Gaming to verify the account’s original purchase record.

Third-Party Consignment Accounts

Third-party consignment accounts are not automatically accepted.

Before accepting a third-party consignment account, Missy Gaming may require verification information, including full name, contact number, Telegram username, proof of account ownership, account screenshots, login verification, original email status, previous ownership or transfer history, previous lock, ban, suspension, warning, recovery, or dispute history, and any other information Missy Gaming considers necessary.

Missy Gaming may reject the listing if the seller refuses verification, provides incomplete information, or if the account appears suspicious, risky, or unsuitable for sale.

8. Seller Verification

To protect the buyer, seller, and Missy Gaming, the seller must provide basic verification before the listing is approved.

This may include:

  • Full name.
  • Contact number.
  • Telegram username.
  • Proof of purchase from Missy Gaming, if applicable.
  • Proof of account ownership.
  • Account screenshots.
  • Login verification where required.
  • Any other information reasonably required by Missy Gaming.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to reject, pause, or remove any listing if the seller refuses verification or if the account appears risky, suspicious, or unsuitable for sale.

9. Account Login Details for Verification

For account verification purposes, the seller may be required to provide Missy Gaming with the account username, password, and any other login information reasonably required to verify the account details before listing.

This verification may include checking the account’s rank, region, skins, battle passes, account level, email status, restrictions, login status, and other listing-related information.

The seller understands and agrees that providing login details to Missy Gaming may be necessary for verification, listing preparation, and transfer-related purposes.

Missy Gaming will only use the provided login details for verification, listing preparation, and transfer-related purposes.

Missy Gaming will not intentionally modify, misuse, sell, transfer, or disclose the account login details without the seller’s consent.

Important: The seller remains responsible for securing their own account, email, password, recovery methods, and any related login access. Missy Gaming will not be responsible for any account hacking, compromise, unauthorized access, loss, recovery, lock, ban, suspension, or security issue unless it is proven to be directly caused by Missy Gaming’s intentional misuse of the login details.

The seller understands that account security issues may be caused by factors outside Missy Gaming’s control, including but not limited to:

  • The seller sharing login details with other people.
  • The seller using weak or reused passwords.
  • The seller’s email being compromised.
  • The seller falling victim to phishing, scams, malware, or keyloggers.
  • The seller logging into unsafe websites or third-party platforms.
  • Previous account sharing or resale history.
  • Third-party access before or after verification.
  • Game platform security checks, locks, or restrictions.

If the seller is concerned about account security, the seller may change the account password after Missy Gaming completes verification, provided that the seller keeps Missy Gaming updated and cooperates again when account transfer is required.

The seller must not claim that Missy Gaming caused an account security issue unless there is clear and reasonable evidence.

All investigation outcomes regarding account security claims are final.

10. Seller Responsibility

The seller is fully responsible for ensuring that all account information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Rank.
  • Region.
  • Skin list.
  • Account level.
  • Battle passes.
  • Email status.
  • Whether original email access is included.
  • Whether the seller is the first owner.
  • Whether the account has been resold before.
  • Any account restrictions.
  • Any previous warnings, locks, bans, suspensions, recoveries, or disputes.
  • Any issue that may affect the account’s value, safety, or usability.

If the seller provides false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, Missy Gaming may remove the listing or cancel the transaction immediately.

All paid listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and verification fees will be forfeited.

The seller will be fully responsible for any dispute, loss, refund, compensation, or claim caused by false information, hidden issues, or account problems that were not disclosed.

11. Additional Responsibility for Third-Party Consignment Sellers

For third-party consignment accounts, the seller must disclose all relevant account history.

This includes whether the seller is the first owner, whether original email access is included, whether the account has been resold before, whether the account has ever been recovered, locked, banned, suspended, restricted, warned, whether anyone else has access to the account, previous ownership or transfer history, and any issue that may affect the account’s value, safety, or usability.

If the seller hides information or provides false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, Missy Gaming may cancel the listing or transaction immediately.

The seller will be responsible for any dispute, refund, loss, compensation, or claim caused by false information, hidden issues, or account problems that were not disclosed.

12. Account Condition During Listing

The seller may continue using the account while it is listed, unless otherwise agreed.

However, the seller must keep the account in the same condition as described in the listing.

The seller must immediately inform Missy Gaming if there are any changes, including rank changes, skin changes, region changes, account lock, suspension or ban, email access issue, recovery attempt, login issue, or any issue affecting the account’s value, safety, or usability.

If the account becomes locked, suspended, banned, recovered, compromised, or unusable before transfer to the buyer, Missy Gaming may remove the listing immediately.

All paid listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and verification fees remain non-refundable.

13. External Sale / Private Sale

If the seller sells, transfers, trades, or otherwise disposes of the account outside Missy Gaming after listing work has started, the seller must inform Missy Gaming immediately so the listing can be removed.

All listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and verification fees remain strictly non-refundable.

Missy Gaming will not be responsible for any disputes, scams, losses, payment issues, recovery issues, or buyer complaints arising from any transaction completed outside Missy Gaming.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to reject future listings from sellers who repeatedly withdraw accounts, sell externally after listing work has started, provide outdated account information, or fail to update Missy Gaming after the account is no longer available.

14. No Guaranteed Sale

Listing an account with Missy Gaming does not guarantee that the account will be sold.

Sales depend on buyer demand, account price, account region, account rank, account skins, account condition, market interest, listing attractiveness, buyer trust, and timing.

Missy Gaming is not responsible if the account remains unsold.

15. Pricing and Price Changes

The final listing price must be agreed before the account is posted.

Missy Gaming may provide pricing advice based on market demand, account value, account condition, and buyer interest. However, the final decision on the selling price remains with the seller.

The seller may request a price adjustment after listing, subject to Missy Gaming’s approval.

Price adjustments may also be made during reposts or renewed listing periods.

16. Payment and Transfer Process

For resale and consignment sales, Missy Gaming may act as the middleman for payment and account transfer.

The usual process is:

  • Buyer makes full payment to Missy Gaming.
  • Seller provides the required account login details and transfer information.
  • Buyer logs in and verifies that the account matches the listing.
  • Buyer changes the required account information, such as email and password, where applicable.
  • Buyer confirms that the account has been received correctly.
  • Missy Gaming deducts the applicable success fee.
  • Missy Gaming releases the remaining payout to the seller.

Missy Gaming will only release payment to the seller after the buyer confirms that the account has been received and transferred successfully.

17. Payout Release, Hold, or Delay

Missy Gaming will release the seller’s payout only after full payment has been received from the buyer, the buyer has successfully received the account login details, the buyer has checked that the account matches the listing, the buyer has changed the required account details where applicable, and the buyer confirms that the transfer is completed.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to temporarily hold or delay seller payout if the buyer raises an immediate dispute, the account information does not match the listing, the account is locked, banned, restricted, or suspicious during transfer, the seller fails to cooperate, there are concerns about fraud, recovery, or misrepresentation, or further checks are required before completing the transaction.

If the issue is caused by the seller or account condition, Missy Gaming may cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.

18. Seller Withdrawal

The seller may request to withdraw the account before a buyer has confirmed purchase.

However, all paid listing fees, add-on fees, repost fees, and verification fees remain strictly non-refundable.

If a buyer has already paid or confirmed the purchase, the seller may not withdraw the account unless Missy Gaming approves the cancellation.

If the seller cancels after buyer payment without valid reason, Missy Gaming may blacklist the seller from future resale or consignment services.

19. Warranty Position

Missy Gaming Resale Listing Accounts

For Missy Gaming Resale Listing Accounts, the account was originally purchased from Missy Gaming but is now being resold by the current owner.

Unless specifically stated in writing, Missy Gaming’s original store warranty, store insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, and compensation policy do not transfer to the new buyer.

The seller understands that the new buyer is purchasing a resale account and not a new direct-sale account from Missy Gaming.

Goodwill Assistance for Resale Listing Accounts

For accounts originally sourced through Missy Gaming, Missy Gaming may, at our discretion, attempt to contact the original owner or previous recorded owner to request assistance if recovery-related issues occur after resale.

Any assistance provided is goodwill only and is not guaranteed. Goodwill assistance does not include refund, replacement, compensation, warranty claim, recovery guarantee, or seller payout reversal.

Third-Party Consignment Accounts

For Third-Party Consignment Accounts, Missy Gaming does not provide store warranty, store insurance, recovery guarantee, refund guarantee, compensation, or long-term protection.

The seller accepts full responsibility for the account information and history provided.

20. Missy Gaming’s Limited Responsibility

For resale and consignment accounts, Missy Gaming’s responsibility is limited to preparing and posting the listing, handling buyer enquiries where applicable, receiving payment from the buyer, assisting with the transfer process, releasing payment to the seller only after buyer confirmation, and checking that the account appears to match the listing at the time of transfer to the best of our ability.

Missy Gaming is not responsible for false information provided by the seller, account recovery by the original owner, account bans, locks, suspensions, or restrictions after completion, buyer negligence after receiving the account, seller disputes after payout is released, third-party platform actions, issues caused by the account’s past history, undisclosed account issues that Missy Gaming could not reasonably verify, any external or private transaction completed outside Missy Gaming, or any future recovery, support, or compensation claim.

21. Buyer and Seller Disputes

Missy Gaming may assist with disputes at our discretion.

However, Missy Gaming is not responsible for losses, refunds, compensation, or claims caused by false seller information, buyer negligence, third-party actions, account recovery, account bans or restrictions, private transactions outside Missy Gaming, issues arising after the buyer has confirmed successful transfer, or undisclosed account history or seller misrepresentation.

All investigation outcomes and decisions made by Missy Gaming are final.

22. Right to Reject or Remove Listings

Missy Gaming reserves the right to reject, pause, remove, or cancel any listing at any time if the account appears risky or suspicious, the seller refuses verification, the seller provides false or incomplete information, the account becomes locked, banned, restricted, or compromised, the seller is unresponsive, the seller sells or transfers the account elsewhere, the listing may damage buyer trust or Missy Gaming’s reputation, or Missy Gaming determines that continuing the listing is unsuitable.

All paid fees remain non-refundable once work has started.

23. Final Decision

Missy Gaming reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to listing approval, listing removal, seller verification, buyer disputes, seller disputes, payout release, payout hold or delay, refund handling, service continuation, account eligibility, account risk assessment, goodwill assistance eligibility, and account security claim investigations.

All decisions made by Missy Gaming are final.

24. Seller Confirmation

By proceeding with Missy Gaming’s Resale Listing or Third-Party Consignment Account service, the seller confirms that:

  • They have read and understood this Seller Agreement.
  • They agree to all terms stated in this Seller Agreement.
  • They understand that listing fees are paid upfront.
  • They understand that listing fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • They understand that listing fees are not offsetable from the success fee or final selling amount.
  • They understand that listing does not guarantee a sale.
  • They confirm that all account information provided is accurate.
  • They agree to cooperate during verification, listing, and transfer.
  • They agree to provide login details for verification where required.
  • They understand that Missy Gaming will only use login details for verification, listing preparation, and transfer-related purposes.
  • They understand that they remain responsible for their own account security, email access, password safety, and any previous sharing of the account.
  • They agree to inform Missy Gaming immediately if the account is sold, withdrawn, changed, locked, banned, recovered, or affected in any way.
  • They understand that Missy Gaming may reject, remove, or cancel listings at our discretion.
  • They understand that seller payout is only released after buyer confirmation.
  • They understand that false or misleading information may result in listing removal, forfeiture of fees, cancellation of transaction, and blacklist from future services.
