1. Introduction
These Missy Gaming Resale / Consignment Buyer Terms (“Buyer Terms”) apply to buyers purchasing accounts listed through Missy Gaming’s resale listing or third-party consignment service.
These Buyer Terms are separate from Missy Gaming’s Main Terms & Conditions for direct account purchases.
By purchasing a resale or consignment account through Missy Gaming, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Buyer Terms.
2. Account Types Covered
a. Missy Gaming Resale Listing Account
This refers to an account that was originally purchased from Missy Gaming and is now being resold by the current owner.
Accounts listed through this service may be labelled as:
This means the account was originally sourced through Missy Gaming, but it is no longer treated as a direct Missy Gaming store-owned account. Store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation does not transfer unless specifically stated in writing.
b. Third-Party Consignment Account
This refers to an account that was not originally purchased from Missy Gaming and is being sold by an external seller through Missy Gaming’s listing or middleman service.
Accounts listed through this service may be labelled as:
This means the account was not originally sold by Missy Gaming. Missy Gaming acts only as a middleman for listing, payment handling, and transfer. No store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation is provided unless specifically stated in writing.
Each account type has different warranty, support, and risk terms. The account type will be stated in the listing or communicated before purchase where applicable.
3. Missy Gaming’s Role
For resale and consignment accounts, Missy Gaming acts only as a listing and middleman service provider.
Missy Gaming may assist with:
- Posting the listing.
- Handling buyer enquiries where applicable.
- Receiving payment from the buyer.
- Coordinating account transfer with the seller.
- Releasing payment to the seller after buyer confirmation.
Unless specifically stated, Missy Gaming is not the account owner for resale or consignment accounts.
4. Not a Direct Missy Gaming Store-Owned Account
Accounts purchased under Missy Gaming Resale Listing or Third-Party Consignment are not treated the same as direct store-owned accounts sold by Missy Gaming.
The buyer understands that these accounts are being sold by a current account owner or third-party seller through Missy Gaming’s service.
Store warranty, store insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation do not apply unless specifically stated in writing.
5. Buyer Payment
The buyer must make full payment to Missy Gaming before account details are released.
Missy Gaming will hold the payment during the transfer process.
Seller payout will only be released after the buyer confirms that the account has been received and the transfer has been successfully completed.
6. Buyer Verification Before Completion
The buyer must check the account immediately after receiving the login details.
The buyer must verify that:
- The account can be logged into.
- The account matches the listing description.
- The listed rank, region, skins, battle passes, and key account details are correct.
- The account is not locked, banned, suspended, or restricted at the time of transfer.
- The buyer is able to change the required login information, where applicable.
- The account appears satisfactory before confirming completion.
The buyer should not confirm completion until they have checked the account properly.
7. Completion of Transaction
Once the buyer confirms that the account matches the listing, login is successful, the account is not locked, banned, or restricted at the time of transfer, and the required account information has been changed successfully where applicable, the transaction is considered completed and final.
After completion, Missy Gaming may release the seller payout.
Once seller payout is released, Missy Gaming will not be responsible for future disputes unless specifically agreed in writing.
8. No Refund After Confirmation
After the buyer confirms successful transfer and completion, the transaction is final.
Missy Gaming will not provide refund, replacement, compensation, or payout reversal after completion unless specifically agreed in writing.
The buyer is responsible for checking the account carefully before confirming completion.
9. Warranty Terms
Missy Gaming Resale Listing Account
For Missy Gaming Resale Listing Accounts, the account was originally purchased from Missy Gaming but is now owned and resold by the current owner.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Missy Gaming’s original store warranty, store insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, and compensation policy do not transfer to the new buyer.
The original warranty is only valid for the original buyer recorded in Missy Gaming’s transaction records and may become void once the account is resold, transferred, shared, or handled by any third party.
Third-Party Consignment Account
For Third-Party Consignment Accounts, the account was not originally sold by Missy Gaming.
Missy Gaming acts only as a middleman for listing, payment handling, and account transfer.
Missy Gaming does not provide store warranty, store insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, compensation, or long-term protection for Third-Party Consignment Accounts.
The buyer understands that Third-Party Consignment Accounts carry higher risk.
10. Buyer Responsibility After Transfer
After the buyer receives and accepts the account, the buyer is responsible for securing the account.
The buyer should immediately:
- Change password.
- Change email, where applicable.
- Secure the email account.
- Avoid sharing login details.
- Avoid suspicious websites.
- Avoid third-party tools or cheats.
- Avoid contacting Riot Support or game support carelessly.
- Avoid revealing purchase or resale information to game support.
Missy Gaming will not be responsible for issues caused by buyer negligence after transfer.
11. Bans, Locks, Suspensions, and Restrictions
Missy Gaming is not responsible for bans, locks, suspensions, restrictions, or penalties after completion if caused by buyer actions, account sharing, third-party compromise, phishing, scams, misuse, contacting game support, use of unauthorized tools, or breach of game Terms of Service.
Missy Gaming is not obligated to provide refunds, replacements, compensation, or ban appeal assistance in these cases.
12. Buyer Disputes
Before Completion
If the buyer identifies an issue before confirming completion, they must inform Missy Gaming immediately.
Missy Gaming may review the issue and may decide to continue the transfer, request clarification from the seller, cancel the transaction, refund the buyer, hold the seller payout, or take any other action Missy Gaming considers appropriate.
After Completion
After the buyer confirms completion, Missy Gaming’s responsibility is limited.
Missy Gaming may assist at our discretion, but we do not guarantee refund, replacement, recovery, compensation, seller payout reversal, or successful dispute resolution.
13. False Claims and Misrepresentation
If the buyer makes a false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claim, Missy Gaming may reject the claim, terminate support, deny refund or compensation, blacklist the buyer, or take further action to protect our business.
Examples include claiming the account is recovered when it was compromised by the buyer, hiding that the account was shared or resold, providing fake screenshots, refusing to provide evidence, or attempting to abuse Missy Gaming’s support process.
All investigation outcomes are final.
14. Buyer-Facing Notices
Missy Gaming Resale Listing Account
This account was originally purchased from Missy Gaming and is now being resold by the current owner. Missy Gaming assists with payment handling and transfer only. Store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, or compensation does not transfer to the new buyer unless specifically stated in writing.
Since this account was originally sourced through Missy Gaming, we may provide goodwill assistance by trying to contact the original owner if recovery-related issues happen in the future. However, this is not guaranteed and does not include refund, replacement, warranty claim, or compensation.
Third-Party Consignment Account
This account was not originally sold by Missy Gaming. Missy Gaming is acting only as a middleman for payment handling and transfer. No store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation is provided.
Buyer must verify the account carefully before confirming completion. Once the buyer confirms that the account matches the listing and transfer is completed, the transaction is final.
15. Limitation of Liability
Missy Gaming’s responsibility for resale and consignment purchases is limited to assisting with payment handling and transfer to the best of our ability.
Missy Gaming is not responsible for seller misrepresentation, hidden account history, future recovery, future bans or restrictions, buyer negligence, third-party compromise, game support actions, breach of game Terms of Service, issues occurring after buyer confirmation, or any matter outside Missy Gaming’s reasonable control.
16. Final Decision
Missy Gaming reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to buyer disputes, seller disputes, account verification, transfer completion, refund handling, payout release, goodwill assistance, and support eligibility.
All decisions made by Missy Gaming are final.
17. Buyer Confirmation
By proceeding with the purchase of a resale or consignment account through Missy Gaming, the buyer confirms that:
- They have read and understood these Buyer Terms.
- They understand the account is a resale or consignment account.
- They understand the account may not be directly owned by Missy Gaming.
- They understand warranty, insurance, refund, replacement, and compensation do not apply unless specifically stated.
- They agree to verify the account before confirming completion.
- They understand that once they confirm completion, the transaction is final.
- They accept the risks associated with resale and consignment accounts.
