1. Introduction

Welcome to Missy Gaming (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our services, including buying and selling accounts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Agreement to the Terms

By proceeding with a purchase through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is a binding contract between you and Missy Gaming.

3. Account Purchase

When you purchase an account, we provide you with the necessary login information. You are responsible for keeping this information secure and confidential.

4. Resale of Accounts

a. Permissibility

You may resell accounts purchased from us. You must ensure that your resale practices comply with applicable laws.

b. Responsibility

You are responsible for informing buyers of the account’s status and any potential risks associated with its use. We are not liable for disputes arising from resale transactions. Missy Gaming will only recognize and provide support to the original buyer recorded in our transaction.

We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or claims arising from secondary transactions.

5. Refunds and Returns

a. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once the account purchase is completed.

b. Buy-Back / Trade-In (Exceptions)

Missy Gaming does not guarantee the purchase, buy-back, or trade-in of any account. Requests to trade for another account or sell an account back to us will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion, taking into account factors such as account condition, market demand, and our current inventory needs. We reserve the absolute right to decline any request without obligation or explanation. Buy-back or trade-in should not be expected as part of any purchase.

6. Account Recovery Procedure

In rare events where an account is recovered, you must contact us for after-sales service within 7 days. If the buyer contacts us after 7 days, we reserve the right to not provide full compensation.

You must also provide sufficient and appropriate evidence that is deemed reasonable to us to assist in retrieving the account.

7. Store Insurance

Store Insurance

Missy Gaming ensures the safety of transactions conducted through its platform. In the event that an account is maliciously recovered by the original owner, we will conduct full due diligence to assist in recovering the account within 30 days from the report date. If the account is successfully recovered, it will be returned to the buyer. If recovery is unsuccessful within this period, 100% of the transaction cost will be compensated under our Recovery Guarantee Deposit. This policy applies only within the initial 30-day recovery support window.

Warranty

All accounts purchased from Missy Gaming are covered by a 6-month limited warranty, applicable after the Store Insurance period or in cases where recovery is not applicable.

If the account is confirmed to be recovered by the original owner, compensation will be provided based on the time elapsed since purchase:

  • Within 1st month: 100% of the purchase price
  • Within 2nd month: 80% of the purchase price
  • Within 3rd month: 70% of the purchase price
  • Up to 6 months: 60% of the purchase price

Compensation is only applicable for verified original owner recoveries.

We continue to conduct strict verification to ensure all accounts sold are obtained directly from first owners with genuine intent to sell. This insurance does not cover any top-ups made by the buyer after purchase.

Anti-Abuse & Misrepresentation Policy

The tiered compensation structure is implemented due to past cases of fraudulent or misleading claims, including but not limited to:

  • Accounts being resold to third parties and later falsely reported as “recovered”
  • Buyers misrepresenting account ownership or transaction history

Missy Gaming reserves the right to void all warranty coverage if:

  • The claim is found to be false, misleading, or lacks sufficient proof
  • The account has been transferred, resold, or handled by any third party after the original purchase.

All investigation outcomes are final.

⚠️ Insurance Coverage Limitations

Our store insurance strictly applies only to cases of original owner recovery. It does not cover any of the following situations:

  • Accounts that are hacked or compromised by third parties
  • Loss due to buyer negligence, including sharing login details or falling victim to phishing or hackers
  • Accounts locked, suspended, or banned (temporarily or permanently) due to buyer actions

While Missy Gaming may attempt to assist at our discretion, we do not guarantee successful recovery or compensation in such cases. Any assistance provided is a goodwill effort, and decisions are final based on our investigation.

Compensation is considered only after Missy Gaming completes a thorough investigation with the first owner. If the account was compromised due to the buyer’s own actions (e.g., sharing account details, falling victim to phishing, or negligence), the insurance will not apply. Our insurance also does not cover any cases mentioned in Point 9 of these terms.

Accounts with Original Email Access

For accounts sold with access to the original sign-up email (the email used to initially create the account), store insurance and recovery guarantees do not apply.

Once the original email is handed over to the buyer, full ownership and control of the account are transferred. Therefore, there is no longer any possibility for recovery by the original owner. Accounts provided with original email access are under the buyer’s full control, and any future issues related to recovery, loss, or compromise will not be eligible for compensation under our store insurance policy.

8. Account Security and Support

a. Buyer’s Responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing the accounts purchased from Missy Gaming. Once account credentials are handed over, Missy Gaming is not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, compromise, or misuse of the account. This includes—but is not limited to—the following causes:

  • Falling victim to scams, phishing, malware, or keyloggers
  • Sharing login credentials with others
  • Using weak passwords or reusing old passwords
  • Logging into suspicious or untrusted third-party platforms

Missy Gaming will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage in these cases.

b. Support Policy

If you experience issues with your purchased account, you may contact us for support. We will assist to the best of our ability; however, we do not guarantee resolution, especially in cases where the issue was caused by buyer negligence or third-party compromise. All support is discretionary and decided case-by-case.

c. Hacked or Compromised Accounts (Non-Recovery Cases)

If your account is hacked, stolen, or compromised by third parties—and not recovered by the original owner—Missy Gaming is not responsible for the loss. We may attempt to contact the original owner to assist with recovery, but:

  • We do not guarantee successful recovery
  • We do not offer compensation in these cases
  • We reserve the right to determine, based on our investigation, whether the compromise was due to the original owner or external factors

Our investigation outcome is final, and eligibility for support or compensation is solely at our discretion.

Where recovery is successful with the assistance of the original owner, Missy Gaming may offer a token of appreciation to them for their time and effort (typically SGD $20–$100), payable by the current account holder.

Note: Original owners are not contractually obligated to assist with post-sale recovery beyond agreeing not to maliciously reclaim the account. Their willingness to help is voluntary, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

⚠️ Important Notice on False Claims

All claims of account recovery will undergo an internal investigation by Missy Gaming. We reserve the right to determine whether an account was recovered by the original owner or compromised due to other factors (e.g., unauthorized resale, hacking, or misuse).

If it is found that a buyer has intentionally misrepresented the situation—such as falsely claiming the account was recovered, attempting to abuse insurance/compensation policies, or withholding/falsifying evidence—Missy Gaming may terminate support, deny compensation, and permanently blacklist the buyer. We may also take further action to protect our business from fraudulent behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

Missy Gaming is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our accounts or services after purchase, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, third-party software usage, Riot account bans, or account lockdowns.

If an account is banned after purchase due to the buyer’s actions—including but not limited to cheating, using unauthorized third-party programs, or disclosing the account purchase to game officials—Missy Gaming holds no responsibility. Buyers acknowledge that buying, selling, or trading accounts is a violation of most games’ Terms of Service and accept full risk associated with such activities.

Missy Gaming is not responsible for assisting with ban appeals, nor are we obligated to offer refunds, replacements, or compensation in the event an account is banned after the sale.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Riot Support Policy

Customers are strictly advised not to contact Riot Support directly regarding any issues related to the purchased account, including but not limited to region changes, username changes, in-game name changes, or general support requests. Riot Games may require verification of the original account creator’s identity through security questions. Incorrect or inconsistent answers may cause the account to be locked, restricted, or permanently suspended.

If an account becomes locked, Missy Gaming may attempt to contact the original owner to assist with recovery; however, successful recovery is not guaranteed. Repeated lock/unlock attempts may increase the risk of permanent suspension.

12. Reservation Policy

a. Reservation Period

To reserve the account for up to a week, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the selling price is required. To reserve the account for up to 4 weeks, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.

b. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full within the reserved period (1 or 4 weeks, depending on the reservation fee paid).

c. Important

Failure to complete the payment within the agreed period will result in the deposit being forfeited and the account released for sale again. Extensions beyond the reservation period are not allowed unless a new extended date is agreed before the reservation expires.
