📦 Account Purchase & Sales

What is Missy Gaming?
Missy Gaming is a Singapore-based gaming account store that specialises in buying and selling Valorant accounts. We focus on safer sourcing, clearer account information, and smoother transactions for buyers.
How does the reservation system work?
Reservation Period:
• Reserve up to 1 week → 10% non-refundable deposit.
• Reserve up to 4 weeks → 20% non-refundable deposit.

Payment Completion:
The remaining balance must be paid in full within the reserved period, depending on the reservation option selected.

Important Notes:
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed period will result in the deposit being forfeited, and the account will be released for sale again.
• The account will only be released after full payment has been received.
• Once an account is reserved, the reservation cannot be changed to another account unless approved by Missy Gaming.
Will I receive the original sign-up email for the account?
Not all accounts include the original sign-up email.

If the listing states that the original email is included, you will receive it during the transfer process.
If it is not stated in the listing, the account does not include the original email.

For accounts without original email access, coverage depends on the account type and our applicable Insurance Policy.
Will my account get recovered or stolen after I buy it?
There is always some risk in account trading, but Missy Gaming takes steps to reduce that risk through account checks, seller verification, and clearer transaction processes.

Coverage depends on the account type, email status, and the applicable insurance or warranty terms.
What happens if my account gets recovered by the original owner?
If the account is eligible under our insurance policy, we will assist with recovery attempts. If recovery is unsuccessful within the stated support period, eligible compensation may be provided under our Insurance Policy.

Please note that insurance coverage only applies to eligible cases and does not cover every situation, such as buyer negligence, phishing, hacking, bans, or issues outside the stated policy.
Can Missy Gaming help me sell my account?
Yes, Missy Gaming may offer resale listing or third-party consignment services, depending on the account type and our approval.

Missy Gaming Resale Listing applies to accounts originally purchased from Missy Gaming.
Third-Party Consignment Account applies to accounts not originally purchased from Missy Gaming and may require stricter verification.

Listing fees are paid upfront before any listing work starts and are non-refundable once work has started. Listing does not guarantee that the account will be sold.
Can Missy Gaming buy back the account I bought before?
Buybacks are not guaranteed. Any buyback request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the account condition, market demand, inventory needs, and account history.

Missy Gaming reserves the right to decline any buyback request without obligation.
I bought an account before — can I trade it in or trade it in with top-up?
Trade-ins are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.

If accepted, the trade-in value may not match your original purchase price. The final value depends on account demand, condition, skins, rank, email status, and current market pricing.

🛒 Resale Listing & Consignment

What is the difference between Missy Gaming Resale Listing and Third-Party Consignment?
Missy Gaming Resale Listing refers to an account that was originally purchased from Missy Gaming and is now being resold by the current owner.

Third-Party Consignment Account refers to an account that was not originally purchased from Missy Gaming. These accounts are accepted case-by-case and may require stricter verification.
Do resale or consignment accounts include Missy Gaming warranty?
Resale and consignment accounts are different from accounts sold directly by Missy Gaming.

For Missy Gaming Resale Listing accounts, store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, or compensation does not automatically transfer to the new buyer unless specifically stated in writing. However, because the account was originally sourced through Missy Gaming, we may provide goodwill assistance by trying to contact the original owner where possible.

For Third-Party Consignment accounts, no Missy Gaming store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation is provided.
What are the listing fees for sellers?
Basic Listing Package: SGD 20
Includes Telegram listing, Missy Gaming website listing, listing picture/design, basic account formatting, and basic verification.

Carousell Listing Add-On: SGD 10
Optional add-on for additional exposure on Carousell.

Repost / Refresh Fee: SGD 5 per repost
Optional repost or refresh if the account remains unsold.

Success Fee: SGD 15 or 5% of the final selling price, whichever is higher. This is deducted from the seller payout only if the account is sold through Missy Gaming.
Are listing fees refundable?
No. Listing fees are paid upfront before any listing work starts.

These fees cover verification, listing preparation, image/design work, posting, and advertising exposure. They are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and not offsetable from the success fee or final selling amount.

This applies even if the account does not sell, the seller changes their mind, sells privately, sells elsewhere, withdraws the account, or the listing is removed due to account issues.
When will the seller receive payout?
Seller payout will only be released after the buyer has made full payment, received the account, checked that the account matches the listing, changed the required account details where applicable, and confirmed that the transfer is completed.

Missy Gaming may temporarily hold or delay payout if there is an immediate dispute, mismatch, account issue, seller non-cooperation, or concern about fraud or misrepresentation.

💎 VP Top-Up Services

Do you need my account login for VP top-up?
You can choose between two options:

Standard VP: Instant gift code, no login required.
Global Discounted VP: Temporary login may be required for cheaper rates.
Can I top-up using another country’s rate?
No. Top-ups must match the region of your registered account.

You can check your region in Valorant under: Settings → About → Game Shard.
Why is your VP top-up cheaper than Riot’s official store?
We source VP from suppliers in lower-priced regions. As long as the purchase matches your account’s region, the top-up process is generally safe.
What happens if I buy a Riot gift code and realise it is the wrong region?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for gift codes once the code has been sent.

It is your responsibility to check and confirm your account’s region before placing an order. Once the code has been sent, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If I top-up through login or Riot ID, can I request a refund halfway?
Refunds are not possible once a top-up is in process or completed, since the VP may already have been delivered or the supplier process may already have started.
Can I keep the VP gift code for a few days before redeeming it?
It is strongly recommended that you redeem your gift code immediately upon receiving it.

Redeeming right away allows us to verify that the code works. Delays may increase the risk of disputes, supplier issues, or situations that cannot be resolved later.

For your safety, please only order gift codes when you are ready to top-up immediately.

🌏 International / Out-of-Singapore Sales

Can you change the account region before I purchase?
Yes, we may provide region change services with the following conditions:

• Requires a 20% non-refundable deposit plus a service fee.
• The process usually takes 15–20 days, during which the account may not be accessible.

Refund Policy for Region Change:
• Once the service has begun, refunds are not available until the 16th day of processing.
• After the region change is completed, the service is considered fulfilled, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
• Please confirm that you are certain before requesting this service.
I’m an international buyer. How do I arrange payment?
We may accept the following payment methods for international buyers:

PayPal: Subject to an additional 8.5% service fee.
Crypto BTC/LTC: Subject to an additional 10% service fee.

Important Note:
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. For example, if a refund is later agreed upon for another reason, the service fee portion will not be included in the refund.

Can I submit a ticket to Riot Support?
Please do not contact Riot Support directly before speaking to Missy Gaming.

Submitting tickets without proper advice may cause account locks, verification requests, or other account issues. Always contact Missy Gaming first before submitting any Riot Support ticket related to a purchased account.
