📦 Account Purchase & Sales
• Reserve up to 1 week → 10% non-refundable deposit.
• Reserve up to 4 weeks → 20% non-refundable deposit.
Payment Completion:
The remaining balance must be paid in full within the reserved period, depending on the reservation option selected.
Important Notes:
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed period will result in the deposit being forfeited, and the account will be released for sale again.
• The account will only be released after full payment has been received.
• Once an account is reserved, the reservation cannot be changed to another account unless approved by Missy Gaming.
If the listing states that the original email is included, you will receive it during the transfer process.
If it is not stated in the listing, the account does not include the original email.
For accounts without original email access, coverage depends on the account type and our applicable Insurance Policy.

Please note that insurance coverage only applies to eligible cases and does not cover every situation, such as buyer negligence, phishing, hacking, bans, or issues outside the stated policy.
Missy Gaming Resale Listing applies to accounts originally purchased from Missy Gaming.
Third-Party Consignment Account applies to accounts not originally purchased from Missy Gaming and may require stricter verification.
Listing fees are paid upfront before any listing work starts and are non-refundable once work has started. Listing does not guarantee that the account will be sold.
Missy Gaming reserves the right to decline any buyback request without obligation.
If accepted, the trade-in value may not match your original purchase price. The final value depends on account demand, condition, skins, rank, email status, and current market pricing.
🛒 Resale Listing & Consignment
Third-Party Consignment Account refers to an account that was not originally purchased from Missy Gaming. These accounts are accepted case-by-case and may require stricter verification.
For Missy Gaming Resale Listing accounts, store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, or compensation does not automatically transfer to the new buyer unless specifically stated in writing. However, because the account was originally sourced through Missy Gaming, we may provide goodwill assistance by trying to contact the original owner where possible.
For Third-Party Consignment accounts, no Missy Gaming store warranty, insurance, recovery guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation is provided.
Includes Telegram listing, Missy Gaming website listing, listing picture/design, basic account formatting, and basic verification.
Carousell Listing Add-On: SGD 10
Optional add-on for additional exposure on Carousell.
Repost / Refresh Fee: SGD 5 per repost
Optional repost or refresh if the account remains unsold.
Success Fee: SGD 15 or 5% of the final selling price, whichever is higher. This is deducted from the seller payout only if the account is sold through Missy Gaming.
These fees cover verification, listing preparation, image/design work, posting, and advertising exposure. They are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and not offsetable from the success fee or final selling amount.
This applies even if the account does not sell, the seller changes their mind, sells privately, sells elsewhere, withdraws the account, or the listing is removed due to account issues.
Missy Gaming may temporarily hold or delay payout if there is an immediate dispute, mismatch, account issue, seller non-cooperation, or concern about fraud or misrepresentation.
💎 VP Top-Up Services
• Standard VP: Instant gift code, no login required.
• Global Discounted VP: Temporary login may be required for cheaper rates.
You can check your region in Valorant under: Settings → About → Game Shard.
It is your responsibility to check and confirm your account’s region before placing an order. Once the code has been sent, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Redeeming right away allows us to verify that the code works. Delays may increase the risk of disputes, supplier issues, or situations that cannot be resolved later.
For your safety, please only order gift codes when you are ready to top-up immediately.
🌏 International / Out-of-Singapore Sales
• Requires a 20% non-refundable deposit plus a service fee.
• The process usually takes 15–20 days, during which the account may not be accessible.
Refund Policy for Region Change:
• Once the service has begun, refunds are not available until the 16th day of processing.
• After the region change is completed, the service is considered fulfilled, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
• Please confirm that you are certain before requesting this service.
• PayPal: Subject to an additional 8.5% service fee.
• Crypto BTC/LTC: Subject to an additional 10% service fee.
Important Note:
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. For example, if a refund is later agreed upon for another reason, the service fee portion will not be included in the refund.
📞 Support & Contact
Submitting tickets without proper advice may cause account locks, verification requests, or other account issues. Always contact Missy Gaming first before submitting any Riot Support ticket related to a purchased account.
