💬 How our buyback process works
- Step 1 — Contact us: Message @missybuyback with your proof of purchase and account details.
- Step 2 — Account assessment: We'll check the account and provide a buyback quotation, usually within 5–10 minutes.
- Step 3 — Your decision: There's no obligation to sell. You can decide after receiving the quote.
- Step 4 — Transfer and payment: Once both sides agree and the account has been successfully transferred back to us, payment will be made within minutes.

📌 How buyback quotations are determined
We're buying accounts for resale, so our buyback offers will usually be lower than our selling prices and what you originally paid.
Each quotation depends on the account, and we may decline certain accounts after assessment.

For my existing customers, you know yourselves — some of you have been playing on accounts bought from me for years already. 😂
⚠️ Important things to understand before purchasing
How I minimise the risk
I collect personal or contact information from the first owners I purchase from and require agreements to be signed. This creates accountability and helps deter first owners from attempting to recover accounts later.
I can deter recovery, but I cannot guarantee another person's integrity or control Riot's decision if someone submits a recovery request.
Most first owners I purchase from are much less likely to attempt recovery when their identity or contact information is known and the transaction has been documented, because there are consequences to their reputation and future dealings.
Original Sign-Up Email accounts
If recovery risk is something you're extremely concerned about, consider choosing an account that includes Original Sign-Up Email access where available.
This gives you control of an important part of the account's original history and removes the risk of the previous owner continuing to control that original mailbox.
🛡️ Recovery warranty
This does not mean that once 6 months passes I will tell you “too bad” and stop helping.
It means that after the warranty period, there is no longer a guaranteed compensation or refund amount under the warranty.
Even after the 6 months, if your account suddenly gets recovered, you can still come back to me. I will still assist you, contact my source where applicable and try the available ways to help you regain access.
Bans and hacking are separate matters
Riot has full control over account enforcement, so I cannot guarantee against bans. For example, if an account is banned because the buyer cheats, uses prohibited software or breaches Riot's rules after taking ownership, that is outside my control.
If your account gets hacked while it is with you, this is separate from original-owner recovery. You are responsible for your own account security.
I can still try to help in hacked cases and may assist with recovery where possible, but I am not obligated to recover hacked accounts and cannot be held responsible if the account cannot be recovered.
Why my pricing may not be the cheapest
Also, please stop asking me to go cheaper and cheaper. There will always be cheaper accounts in the market, but I'm not competing to be the cheapest.
My pricing reflects the precautions I take when sourcing, documenting first owners, warranty coverage and the after-sales support I provide.
If price is your only priority and you're willing to take more risk for a cheaper account, you're free to purchase elsewhere. 🙏

Read Full PostRecently, we've received multiple reports from buyers who purchased VALORANT accounts through overseas sources, particularly sellers operating from the Philippines and Indonesia.
The pattern is unfortunately very similar
- You purchase the account and everything works normally.
- You receive the login details and think the transaction is completed.
- Several months pass.
- Suddenly, the account gets recovered or pulled back.
And when you go back looking for assistance?
By then, you're left without the account and the money you paid for it.
We are not saying that every seller from these countries is dishonest. There are absolutely genuine and responsible sellers everywhere.
This warning is specifically about the risks of purchasing from sources where you have little accountability or recourse if something happens months later.
🛡️ Why buy from Missy Gaming?
Our accounts might not always be the cheapest on the market, and there's a reason for that.
- Accounts are sourced directly from first owners wherever stated.
- We keep records of our sources and transactions.
- If something happens, we don't simply disappear and leave you to deal with it yourself.
- We have established ways to contact and trace the original source when recovery issues occur.
- You're paying for more than an account — you're paying for after-sales support and accountability.
If we were able to purchase an account directly from its first owner, then we have an actual person and transaction behind that account to follow up with.
💭 Before choosing purely on price
Before choosing an account purely because it's $20, $50 or $100 cheaper, ask yourself:
Anyone can sell you an account. What matters is who is still there when something goes wrong.

Why that can be risky
- Many accounts in the market come from unknown or poorly documented sources.
- Some sellers have no strict checks on the original account source.
- Changing the email and password does not necessarily remove the original creator's ability to submit a Riot recovery request.
